People: Stephanie Short
Stephanie has worked with PEP since 1998. She wears many hats encompassing different aspects of the PEP project. She works with individual customers in sales, customer service and support. She attends conferences to exhibit and demonstrate the PEPWEB and DVD programs. She offers special and individualized tutorials with customers to enhance their experience and capabilities with the PEP program. Over the years Stephanie has built an exceptional personalized rapport with PEP customers stemming from her sales and customer service functions. Stephanie also manages some aspects of the customer database and other administrative internal duties. She participates in the testing of new versions of the PEP program. She is responsible for confirming and dispatching all individual DVD orders worldwide. Stephanie lives and works in Dana Point, California servicing and supporting our individual customers worldwide.
