The PEP CD: License Options for Libraries & Institutions
The PEP CD installed into a stand-alone computer (PC only) turns it into a library. With all the main authors and ideas represented, library users have instant and convenient access to the field.
It can be accessed by any number of visitors (each one being able to set up a personal shadow file allowing personal bookmarks, notes, etc) one at a time. Once CDs are installed to the Hard Disc of the computer they are then stored safely in case the program needs to be reinstalled.
Users may print out single copies of articles without limit. Multiple copying is subject to the usual copyright restrictions.

An alternative library option is to access the archive online through pep-web.
