PLEASE NOTE: PEP will provide free limited customer support for 60 days after first licensing for a new archive. Thereafter, support is available on a subscription or pay-per-call basis at PEP's discretion.

Extra Customer Service Hours for the Launch of the PEP Archive 1 version 6

The PEP Archive 1 version 6 will ship from the USA on November 22nd 2005. Allowing for transit times, holidays and the fact users can access the disc for 15 days after installation, PEP customer service in the US will be open for additional telephone hours between December 8 and January 16 as follows:
